Mill Valley Homes, a home building company, started and incorporated in May of 1989 in Gig Harbor, WA. We are proud to have celebrated our 20th year anniversary. In 1997 Tom Edwards, president, and CEO of Mill Valley Homes moved the company to the Inland Empire Spokane area where we found wonderful people to work for in the past 15 years. As of June 2011 Mill Valley Homes has a branch in the Tri-Cities, where we are ready to build your new home for you.
What sets Mill Valley apart from other builders is our ability to communicate with and involve our customers in their home building project. Working with our customers as a team, building their home becomes a fun, exciting and enjoyable experience. Also setting us apart is the fact that we do our own foundations, framing and trim work, with the same employees doing our trim and cabinets. Come visit one of our new homes and you will see. Between our valued employees, sub contractors and suppliers, we have a team that builds an incredible home. After May 1st of 2009, we will be officially a “Designated Green Builder.”
