ABOUT US Mill Valley Homes Inc., a home building company, started & incorporated in May of 1989 in Gig Harbor, WA. The company originally started with 3 partners: Robert Felker, an attorney; Crandall McCutchen, a C.P.A.; and Tom Edwards, a carpenter. Over the next 7 years Robert and Crandall left the company to pursue other interests. This left Tom to be the lone shareholder & President of Mill Valley Homes Inc. In 1997 Tom & Mill Valley Homes relocated to the Inland Empire Spokane area. What sets Mill Valley Homes Inc. apart from other builders, is that we do our own Foundations, Framing & Finish work. We do not sub-contract out these 3 important part of building your house and we believe it shows up in the finished product. We do subcontract out things such as mechanical, sheet rocking, painting, roofing, floorings etc. However our sub-contractors are just as important to us as our employees as most have been with us since 1997. Between our valued employees, sub-contractors and suppliers, we have created a great team which we are proud of.
